Dear TBS Member,
www.TheBrokerSite.com is tested with Internet Explorer 6 and higher, FireFox 4 and higher, all versions of Google Chrome and Safari 4 and higher and should work without problems using the default settings for these browsers.
However, should you have any problems logging in, please consider the following:
1. Firefox 8 has possible security settings that could prevent the login. These settings are usually setup by your network administrator, because the default settings pose no problem for the TBS website.
2. JavaScript settings may prevent the login from executing properly.
3. Cookies are not allowed / enabled in your browser
Please check that all JavaScript is enabled in the browser, and that the security settings (if your company policy allows this) are not set too high.
Also make sure that cookies are allowed by your browser.
